GLYNIS MACLEOD

During her career, she has accomplished a number of record-breaking sales and she keeps a keen eye on some of the Region’s most notable properties. Whilst relishing the challenge of selling the extraordinary, she will always strive to provide all clients with the utmost of attention and expertise.

Add to that, her boundless energy and passion for real estate to provide both buyers and sellers the experience, professionalism and integrity required to market or acquire a home.
A passionate Canadian, Glynis brings a unique international perspective to the Victoria real estate market. Having owned and renovated homes in Toronto, Scotland and her country of birth, South Africa, she moved to Victoria with her late husband and two daughters in 2003. As a Victoria homeowner she has moved from an oceanfront home in Gordon Head, to the leafy suburb of Broadmead, then to a farming acreage in the Mt. Newton Valley and presently, the seaside town of Brentwood Bay.
Prior to moving to Scotland in 1995, she operated a public relations and communications company in Toronto specializing in the production of annual reports and media communications for public companies.

KIRSTEN MACLEOD
Born in Toronto, Kirsten moved at a young age to a remote Scottish Highland Glen where her formative years were spent exploring this rural setting with her friends and neighbours. From this early age, relationships were important due to the remoteness of the location and the small school she attended.
After 2 years in South Africa, her family arrived in Victoria where she had the privileged experience of graduating from St. Michael’s University School.
She attended McGill University for two years where she studied English literature and economics and then returned to the West Coast where she transitioned from her part-time summer job to working full-time as a legal assistant for a successful local law firm.
Following that, two years as an assistant to Glynis made her realize that she had a keen interest in real estate. With an avid eye for statistical data, analyzing the market and communicating with friends and clients, this had become a passion.
She is now an award recipient and vital member of the team working in close tandem with Glynis.

SHAELYN MATTIX
Shaelyn was born and raised in Kimberley, BC. Upon graduating, she quickly realized she had outgrown her small-town lifestyle. Following a short term of enjoying city life in Calgary, AB, she desired a location with a stronger sense of belonging. Victoria was the perfect fit; it offers a warm and vibrant community that’s rich with opportunities.
In considering her professional path, Shaelyn acknowledged her strengths and sought a career that would align with her naturally. She thrives in dynamic, ever-changing environments and has a passion for meeting new people. It is no surprise that real estate intrigued her.
Working alongside Glynis and Kirsten of the MacLeod Group, she takes pride in guiding clients to their new beginnings as they search for and sell their homes.
